All prices include rich continental breakfast. Gluten-free breakfast is also available on request. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.


General Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 10% off the total amount of the offer, minimum ZAR 250. For short-term cancellations, following penalties apply:
14 - 29 Days 75% of the total amount, and 0 - 14 Days 100% of the total amount

In the event of premature departure the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and the ability to relet the accomodations booked.

Payments:
50% deposit counts as a reservation. The balance is payable on day of arrival. Payments are accepted in local currency (ZAR) only.
